The database contains protein clusters built with ClusterZSL algorithm.
It includes all* proteins of 28 selected species from Ensembl database v78.
* Note. Due to our current hardware limitations we had to temporarily remove all (>175,000) unclustered proteins and trivial clusters (i.e. containing proteins from one and only species) from the database. However, the performance might still be low sometimes. We are planning on hardware update to eliminate these issues.
